One on One Reiki Session

Reiki is an energy healing technique using gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through your body to reduce stress and promote healing. This is an in person appointment at my office.

Long Distance Reiki Session

We have a conversation over telephone or video to begin discussing areas of focus. I connect to your energy while you lay in a comfortable position in a quiet and calm environment as I send the Reiki energy. After the Reiki we will discuss the session and process it.

Verbal Energy Session

We connect via phone or video and let the energy guide the conversation. I will hold space for you to process verbally what is on your mind and support it energetically. You can do this outside, by a body of water or on your couch.
